I Need your Opinions, Please..

Well here are some shotes. Like the others I showed you, these were not menipulated in Photoshop. The only thing I did in PS was adjust the brightness/contrast, but I only changed both in single digits(photoshoppers will know what that means). For the no PS people, that means I barely changes the brightness/contrast at all.

These shots came from Adjusting the ISO(film speed), Shutter speed, and apeture. The colors came from the stage lights. The high contrast came from using an ISO of 1600.

I took sveral shots of this guys head, each using a different "trick/style" These three were my favorites.

And this shot is lie my other blurred shots. If you notice, the guitar body, his chest area, and the girls in the background are infocus and/or not blurred, which makes this a "good," and by good I controoled, and not just some photo that I just didn't have a fast enough sutter speed and it was just luck.




Now here's where you opinions are needed. Do you guys think I should keep doing both the artsy abstract stuff and photojournalism stuff, or just stick to the photojournalism? Is the artsy stuff cool?

Sorry for posting so many photos but I'm more or less keeping track of what people like. Trying to figure out what I should put in a show and stuff.

I like both. But I have to say, after seeing the pics you did of the roses, you have a real knack for still lifes.
